Note: If the program doesn't scan anything for a long time after you clicked "Allow" on your phone, please check your phone again. Some devices present the "Allow" button for several times. It doesn't matter. Just click it until it doesn't appear again or the program has begun its real scan.
Step 3 Select file types to scan
To save time for the scanning process, after you click "Next", you'll be asked to select the file types: photos, video, messages, contacts, etc. to scan. Check the one that you need to recover from your device. Of course, you can still choose "Select all".
Step 4 Begin analyzing and scanning the data on your device
You can read the description and choose the "Standard Mode" or the "Advanced Mode" here to continue according to your need. We recommend you to try the "Standard Mode" first, which works faster. If it doesn't work, you can try the "Advanced Mode" later.
Dr.Fone is scanning Android phone to recover deleted data. This process will take a few minutes. Just be patient, since precious things are always deserved to be waited.

Actually, the current messages, contacts, photos, video and documents are also scanned out in the result. Deleted call history and contacts are shown in red. You can separate them by the color.
After preview, mark those you want and click "Recover" to save them on your computer. As to call history , you can save them in CSV, vCard or HTML format; to messages, save them in CSV or HTML format.
